A. Car Stopovers You may request to stop whenever you feel the need for a pit-stop as long as it is along the line of our pre-arranged tour. We have stops on the route which are meant for food and beverages, or if you would like us to stop for a short break. If you would like to make multiple stops that might be off the course of our usual route, please let us know in advance so we can quote you on any extra fees involved with this.
B. Location Travel By making a reservation and confirming your booking, you agree that we have calculated the most direct route for your trip. Our chauffeurs are instructed to use this path. You also understand that our optimized route may not match those provided by your GPS device because it has been designed to ensure the safety of all parties involved as you travel from one place to another. We also provide you with a list of suggested alternate routes that may be followed depending on your preference, but there will be an additional charge as determined by distance traveled, duration and/or toll fees that may apply eg. like toll fees.
C. Any pickup location or in Airport Terminals and etc. Pick-up on multiple places such as airport terminals, parks, resorts, and any is with additional charges will implement.
D. Parking fees The total does not include parking fees. If you request a driver to make a stop that requires him or her to park, you shall be responsible for any parking fees incurred. Our drivers adhere strictly to traffic rules and will not break these laws for your benefit in order to ensure the safety of yourself and your ride as well as the general public.
E. Waiting Time There will be an additional charge on waiting time this will be advised by our driver during the trip and travel.
F. Re-schedule of Booking The change of time will be not allowed 1day before the pick-up, any changes will be additional charges applied
G. Cancellation Policy, Deposit and Refunds If you wish to cancel your booking/appointments with us, there will be a deposit/downpayment charge of fees rest assured, there will be a refund if the booking/appointments are successful. But if you cancel not lower than (3) days there will no additional charges will be collected.
H. No show of customer If we can no longer contact you via email, or phone number about your ride or we do not hear back from you up to (2) hours prior to your pickup time, it will be considered a “No-show” and abandonment of your reservation/booking. There is no refund and the deposit/downpayment will be forfeited
I. Last Minute Bookings/Appointments (30) minutes before the booking and pickup time we can arrange you the transportation services with full payment and you must contact and respond to our calls anytime.
J. Confirmations Bookings/Appointments It will be handled via text/call/email/viber/messenger confirmation depending on your type of communication needed.
K. Additional Charges There will be additional fees added to the customers that depend on any services/requested by the client during the booking and travel.
